DESIGN and RESTYLE starts with a thought “how the person would like to look in the garment”. Certain image created in the mind becomes sketch. Then we turn sketch or picture into the hard pattern that represents style, fit, and details. Pattern shows what size person will wear, where to put zipper or other closures, where pockets and how many pelts are needed for the garment. After carefully selected high quality fur, leather, or shearling we figure out square inches of pelts so we know how many we need to cover pattern. Then we match pelts. Then we let out pelts to get the length if needed. We put pelts on the pattern to check before joining. When garments looks ready we hang it on the mannequin to see if everything is done right. Then finisher builds up garment from the inside with stands in the collar and padding as needed. Then we put strong lining and monogram. And garment is ready to wear…

If your fur is too tight on now and it’s been years since you bought it, we can release the garment in the body, sleeves or shoulder area. With age the human body compacts upon the spine and the shoulder blades and hips get broader, even though you may still weigh the same. We can let out 2 inches across the back, 2 inches across the bust, drop the armholes an inch or more.
We can shorten the length and restyle the body to a shape more becoming like a jacket or stroller as well. We can also alter the collar or sleeve in a simple manner so that it brings the garment into a more contemporary style.
Also we can cover your favorite hat, purse and shoes so it matches to your jacket. We put fur on wedding dresses, on jean garments, on cashmere coats, anything that has a surface we can cover it.
